Over the past nine years, I’ve supported leaders, teams, and stakeholders through every stage—from intake and drafting to execution and repository management. My career has been built on creating dependable systems in environments where precision and consistency matter.

With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, my work is rooted in structured processes, strong communication, and organizational well‑being. I operate from the belief that excellence is achieved through clarity, consistency, and purposeful design—and I build contract workflows that reflect that standard.

TruePath Solutions follows a non-negotiation model, ensuring that all negotiation authority remains with the client’s internal stakeholders. My role is to streamline the lifecycle, support decision-makers, and ensure contract processes run smoothly from intake through renewal.

Based in the Midwest, I bring a grounded and practical perspective to my work. Outside of consulting, I enjoy time with my family, traveling, and reading.
